For 4 days now we have been without a home landline is not working (double checked it with another handset to ensure not the handset). Tried contacting you over the weekend with no luck. Spoke to someone yesterday who said it would be looked into and I'd get a call by the end of the day. I received a text at 5:30PM saying to reboot and try in 30 minutes... 🙄 Needless to say the landline is still not working, has obviously not been looked at or tested. I tried calling this morning again but the call is never answered. Customer service seems no existent and website sends you round in circles. Can you PLEASE get this fixed for me urgently?
