No dial tone

Hi

We tried to contact Hoseasons on Monday 27th April, there was a long queue and we were asked to press 5 for ring back service, which we did since then we have had no dial tone on our landline,it is permanently engaged. Many attempts to phone Virgin for support but due to current situation long wait times, and redirections back to where we started on the website we have been unsuccessful. Can you advise?

Hi, have you tried unplugging power and phone cable and re-trying?  Or trying a different phone?
