Ho do I contact Virgin to report no dial tone for 3 weeks ?

Hi would you check in see if there any work going on in my area I had an engineer out on Thursday, everything was working fill I got a call from my sister this morning and now I have nothing going on with my fone completely dead ty my sister said it’s ringing but no getting anything and I have checked service status says all good
