No dial tone with my Virgin Media landline

Hi

As of yesterday, 31st Jan, I have no dial tone with my Virgin Media landline service. This has not been a problem before.

My phone cable is correctly inserted into the wall (not the hub) but having run a service test, it came back as 'inconclusive' - whatever that means.

Is there a problem with my Area 21??

There are lots of Area 21's, you might want to say which area yours is actually in?

I quoted Area 21 as that's the reference number for my geographical area which is London SE7.

I've tried testing the land line, but I've had no dial tone for over 24 hours now.

Is there a problem in this specific area, or is it a wider issue?

Some guidance and help would be useful.

Sorry to hear that you ave been having landline issues, if there is an outage you can enter your postcode details here to check.Looks like you have done some tests already with your phone, our online troubleshooter might be more help.
