For months now, we haven't really been able to use our home phone. Calling out doesn't work as there's no dial tone, we can receive calls but there is a lot of crackling and it's about 50/50 whether the caller is audible.
I've been through all the fixes on the website, including swapping to an old phone, but nothing seems to change it.
I can't find a way of requesting an engineer via My Account, so thought I'd try it on here. Thanks, we're in the GL51 area if that helps.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you've had with your landline, I really appreciate the checks and information you have provided, It's really helpful. What I have done is booked you an engineer to come round and take a look at this - I have booked the next available slot, if this is not convenient you would be able to re-arrange this through your online account.
