For months now, we haven't really been able to use our home phone. Calling out doesn't work as there's no dial tone, we can receive calls but there is a lot of crackling and it's about 50/50 whether the caller is audible.
I've been through all the fixes on the website, including swapping to an old phone, but nothing seems to change it.
I can't find a way of requesting an engineer via My Account, so thought I'd try it on here. Thanks, we're in the GL51 area if that helps.
