No dial tone phone line AGAIN

Hi,

I give up.

This is the 6th or tth fault on the phone line since I am with Virgin. I have no tone on the phone one more time since yesterday Saturday 3-Mar.

I have tried to book appoitment online however it does not work either, sending back a message of "bad URL", brilliant.

Please call me to my mobile (set up with my account) to try to book an appointment.

Really sorry to hear this. Definitely not the level of service we like to provide. 

 

Does this "Bad URL" happen on all browsers?

Yes all the broswers.

53 days without phone line and counting...

As I said on the forum please call me to my mobile (that you already have) to setup an appointment on a Saturday.

So far not very impressed.

Finally after a formal complain and being without line since 3-March, someone bother to call me.The complain team pass me to technical department however they were not able to help because I need to be home. I said I will be home from 6:30pm however they said, nobody from Virgin will conctact you back, you have to contact us....  very helpfull indeed (except Virgin called me on the first place, hello!!!!).

So  I need to be in the line wasting mobile charges for something that is 100% Virgin's fault. Do I get a compensation for these charges and my time?

74 days without phone line and counting.
