Finally after a formal complain and being without line since 3-March, someone bother to call me.The complain team pass me to technical department however they were not able to help because I need to be home. I said I will be home from 6:30pm however they said, nobody from Virgin will conctact you back, you have to contact us.... very helpfull indeed (except Virgin called me on the first place, hello!!!!).
So I need to be in the line wasting mobile charges for something that is 100% Virgin's fault. Do I get a compensation for these charges and my time?
