I've just noticed that I can't make or receive calls with my landline.
When I tried to use the phone I can't get a dial tone and when I test call it from my mobile I just get the engaged tone.
The service status say there are no problems.
I've tried all the help pages and even the chat functions which are useless. I tried the 0345 454 1111 number but the automachine says it's running test and to phone back in 10 minutes for the results. Phoning back just starts the tests over again and to call back in 10 minutes.

I have arranged the appointment, and you can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.
