My landline has no dial tone, and won’t receive calls either. I received an adapter several weeks ago, to plug the phone into my router, but that didn’t work either, and I have not yet heard about when the transfer is due to happen. According to the VM Status page my landline is fine. Clearly it isn’t. Any help grateful lying received.

I'm sorry to see that you have been having issues with your landline not working, as the service page didn't show any issues with the landline I would recommend going through some further checks on our landline help page here.
