Please can someone from Virgin Media contact me about this, we have had no landline for a few days now. Tried to ring, holding on for 25 minutes ridiculous, gone on the website and run all diagnostic checks as requested and still the same so had to join this community thingy to hopefully get some response as can see no other option to report a fault.

I am sorry to hear of the problem you're having, never good. Was you able to check to see if there was any faults in your area on the service status page? Let me know if you're still having this issue at the moment.

Just wondering if you would also be able to help me with a query over a mobile phone or would I have to put in a new question? It is with regards to my mums phone I have come across it whilst sorting things out as she passed away late last year.
