Our area had a power cut during the night and today my home phone shows a message saying "check phone line".
I have run the Virgin Media line checker and it says there is no fault. Also it says there is no outage in our area.
I have waited on my mobile phone to talk to an agent, but have given up after 20 minutes !
Is anyone else suffering loss of phone line today ? We are in the BS37 5PN area.

Dont know if any VM staff picked up on my message and did something, but this morning the fault has gone and all is ok !!!!
