Welcome to our community forums! 

 

I am really sorry you're having problems with your home phone. I have checked our back end and can't see any known issues in your area.

 

If you haven't already we would ask you to check the following:-

All cables are securely attached 

Switch your telephone on and off 

If you have more than one telephone can you confirm you're getting the same on both?

I have disconnercted and reconnected the phone

I have disconnected and reconnected the power supply

One advance from yesterday, if someone rings me it rings and I can see who rang but the phone is dead on pickup. 

I tried a different old phone but that did not work either

I am a home oxygen user 15 hours per day, the technician was unable to reach me yesterday for service of my oxygen concentrator and delivery of fresh bottles. Virgin website only semi functional, wont allow status report on grounds of I have used my 3 a day but I have had no report of problems in area

Any help appreciated, am vulnerable person who has lost contact with support

Hi Ricky, 

 

That is all updated for you. 

 

I would book a tech, but I am weary that it might be something the team could easily resolve tomorrow which would cause further delay to you getting your services back up and running  

 

I am not in tomorrow, however my lovely colleague David has said he will be more than happy to help. If you message me back as normal he will can pick it up.
