On Thursday 14th Jan, my phone stopped ringing for incoming calls ... Sometimes it would briefly chirp once and then cut off - other times it just wouldn't ring at all
Now on Friday 15th, there is no dial tone and I can't use the phone at all for incoming or outgoing calls.
I signed in to my account and checked my service status - but it keeps saying that the test is inconclusive and to call Virgin for further assistance ... HOW CAN I CALL VIRGIN WITH NO TELEPHONE LINE??
I don't have a mobile and rely completely on my landline - so this is unacceptable. I've only just started the contract with Virgin - so this is not good customer service
