I have no dial tone in all 3 landlines. Ran a test which says no known issues,but clearly there are. Unplugged all phones which are connected to wall sockets but same issue. Called landline from mobile and none ring in home. We are a vulnerable household still ‘shielding’ due to family member who is on the extremely vulnerable list. Can someone help me as I cannot get through to speak to anyone and can’t book an engineer as we are shielding. Interestingly there are pavement works going on and this happens... a coincidence?
