No dial tone on VM landline

Hi I've had no landline dial tone since yesterday but there's no reported phone issues in our area on service status.  If you try phoning number it just rings for caller but nothing happens our end.  I've tried another handset in socket with same outcome.

I've tried to report the issue online but the self help just leads you round in circles.  I can't find how to book an engineer.

Help!  🙂

Re: No dial tone on VM landline

Phone started working again so there must have been an issue somewhere locally.  Engineer cancelled.
