Extremely frustrated, the online help just loops and the 150 just dumps me after it has started 'checks'
Why are there no real people? And if we can't have real people can we at least have online help that works. Remember the old days when you could watch the progress of the tests on your line in real time - progress? I think not.
Meanwhile I see others logging the same fault within the last 2 hours, so I guess there is a real fault and it will be fixed - soon I hope.
Note to posters - it would be helpful to include your location so we can judge if it's a local problem or more extensive. Mine is North West Bristol.
