No dial tone, need engineer

Hello, as of this morning we have no dial tone on our phone, I have checked all the cables and tried a second phone but nothing. The service status page says it can not detect a problem in my area. We do not have any mobile phones and so we can not ring any one at virgin for help and support. Can someone help us book an engineer to help fix this.

I am sorry to hear that you have had no dial tone.
