Hi there's not been a dial tone for the past hour and the message that comes up on my screen of the phone says check phone line. I've checked the connections and everything is still connected - nothing disconnected. I was told there is an upcoming service tomorrow but nothing today

Hey Adee3, thank you for reaching out, I am so sorry to hear about your phone having no dial tone. 

I have taken a look on our systems and I cannot see anything to stop it working today.

Have you tried checking the handset / changing the batteries?

Sorry to write again but I have just received a text to say someone is coming out tomorrow. I thought it had been arranged for Saturday 11th instead. Please could someone confirm this is so as I don't want to be charged as no-one will be in tomorrow.
