No dial tone - landline fault (again).

I need assistance.

My landline is down again, I have no dial tone and cannot make or receive calls. I have some telecoms experience and have confirmed that the fault lies before my Master socket. 

VM's status check for my area show everything is "Good", but clearly they are not and I need this landline to be operational as my mobile phone signal is poor indoors.

Please help.
