No dial tone in socket or hub - unable to call, Brand new phone. Must be fault.
We have recently rejoined Virgin and just bought a brand new phone. There is no dial tone in the socket or when in the hub. Neighbours have tried our handset and it works in their house. Must be a fault on the line/socket?
I have waited an hour+ x twice with no answer and password not recognised on phone pad.... I think I need to book an engineer ....
