Yet again we are having odd issues out of nowhere.

the phone has no dial tone, and therefore calls cannot be made from the phone, and when trying to cal the landline it won’t ring but the caller will just have a continuous ring on their end. 

need sorting ASAP.

says no issues when running tests, tried several times to unplug/ plug back in.
