Can anyone advise, not been able to make or receive calls on land line for 2 days, status report says no issues in postcode and support lines are to busy so advise to follow help guides which I have.
Would just like a line test completed.

Have you tried using another handset?
You can also ring us on our service status line on 👉🏼 0800 561 0061. This will provide you with an update to let you know if there are issues in your area.
