Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you've had no dial tone.Can you confirm if it's just the one phone outlet is or all phone connectors? I've done a remote diagnostic and it's showing the phone as ok / idle. You troubleshooting guide may also be of some help.
Hi Corey C, I have done the online test also and the test reports that there is no problems with the line. There clearly is a problem. I have only 1 telephone socket in the house. I have tested the socket with as I said in my previous message with a KNOWN WORKING TELEPHONE and there is no dial tone at the master socket.
