I have got no dial tone on my home phone and the line is coming up busy everytime I ring it from my mobile.
I have swapped phones and the problem still persists and the phone is working in another phone line in the house (non Virgin)

Problem is solved, it was a network problem, but the problem is that this wasn't showing as being a problem in the status or doing test until at least 24 hours later.
