No dial tone and incoming/outgoing service

Anyone able to help, please? I guess it’s happenwd overnight, or maybe even yesterday, but I have no service at all on my landline. I haven’t moved/unplugged the phone, and gone through the troubleshooting advice on the website. I’m in the north-west of England if that helps.

Hey @Rlench,

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your landline.

 

I have been able to locate your account and run a few tests on your line, i have found that we need to get an engineer sent out to you to fix this.

 

An appointment has been arranged and you can find all the information that you need about your appointment on your online account and clicking My Account and Order tracking.

Hi

 

I’m still having a problem with my phone. It came back on for a day, so I cancelled my scheduled call-out as it seemed fine. I got an automated text that said if it’s resumed and is working, I should cancel my request. I cancelled it and it was ok for a few days, but it has happened again. It has been off for about four days now. Would it be possible to have someone come to check it?

Very good, thank you. The problem was found and resolved, and it is working properly again. The engineer phoned me just before arrival, and was very helpful.
