Ive run all the tests and no dialing tone whatsoever.
I can't contact anyone. The system says phone in, but when you do they say go to internet?

I appreciate you have advised that you have ran all the tests but to clarify can you please confirm if you have checked the following?
Are all connections in to the handset secure with no damage?
Have you tried a different handset to ensure it is not the equipment?
Is there any damage to the cable entering the box attached to the external wall of the property?
Are you experiencing any problems with other services?
