Hi new cust with inconsistent connection. VM solution was to issue new router by post. Broadband & Tivo reconnect without issue , landline has no dialtone.
All checks done. Simlly unplugged from previous router where phone was working to new one where it is no longer working.
Is there anything obvious I may be missing ?
Just to add ..the phone is down as "disabled" in the the Hub maintenance site.

Have the team advised you how long it will take to get this resolved?
