I have same problem as Tina FS.
Not able to speak to a human to book an engineer to fix recurring fault with landline.
There is an inspection pit outside next door, that gets full of rainwater, and stops my landline from working.
It happens almost annualy and an egineer comes to drain the junction box.
I had to use my PAYG mobile to call V.M. but was given the runaround by a robot.
The website is useless, as there is no longer any facility for reporting faults or having virtual chats.
So far, I have not been able to contact anyone to get this resolved, and it has cost me all my mobile credit (15) to get nowhere.
Even trying to contact the complaints page on the website was a joke - it says I'm NOT the account holder!!!!
