Called VM on Thursday after being informed by a relative they couldnt get me on a landline. Checked no dial tone. Checked all phones which are fairly new. All functioning no dial tone and unable to make calls. Called VM 22 mins later after running tests said they would get someone to look into it. A few hours later was called checked router. Check if phone was plugged into router said no.He said would gets an engineer out. Whilst online meeting on Thursday eve. Got kicked out of it as someone was remote testing the router. Online said fault should be resolved by 01.45 16th Jan. Still no service. Tried calling yesterday. After hanging on to speak to someone for 30 mins. Gave up! 4 days no landline now!
