No dial tone. No help.

I have had no dial tone for 6 days over Christmas. I have been round in circles online, followed all the tips with no success and spent, literally, hours trying to get through on the phone with no success. I can't work out how to make contact with Virgin. I'd love to know how to book an engineer.

Sorry to hear that you have been having landline issues. I've run a remote diagnostic and it does appear an appointment has already been booked. You can also view appointments online here.

I was given an engineer appointment today between 4 and 7 pm. It's now 7.22. No one has arrived or made contact.

I have received two messages about earning badges on this forum but nothing about when the engineer is coming. I have an 88-year-old mother who is hard of hearing and can only communicate with on my land line. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me get my land line working.

I can be at home this weekend then on Friday 15 January. I am really hoping virgin will make the effort to get someone to come this weekend (Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th)
