I have checked this and the actual issue with your landline is a local fault affecting a few customers
The engineers appointment was stopped as it it a remote fault that we are fixing for you
Ideally we would have texted you to let you know, but there is only your landline as a contact option
The landline fault is expected to be fixed later today and is stored under reference number F009686833
