No dailing tone

I have no dailing tone on my landline and I've tried your service check and it says no issue in my area,ive also tried different hand sets from cordless and wired and still no dailing tone,I don't have access to another phone so thought I would try here for help.

Hi @Ann47, thanks for your post although I'm very sorry to hear your landline is down at the moment.
Based on the checks I've just ran, there appears to be a fault on your line.

With this in mind, we'll need to get a technician scheduled to you to get this fault fixed as soon as possible!

Hi @Ann47, thanks for your PM to me confirming the details requested - I was able to book a technician in for you.

Although I can't confirm the date and time of this publicly, if you sign in to your My Virgin Media account then this will display the appointment for you, where you can then reschedule it if necessary too - you'll also get a confirmation text message.
