No dailing tone

Hi can anyone help me I got no dailing tone on my land line I've tried messaging the help section by sending messages but since the 16th of last month they keep just sending me the same message ever day asking if I need help and I reply yes but they keep sending same messages do I need help.

Are you able to let us know, are you on a standard phoneline or are you on the 21CV (plugged into the back of the hub)

It's a socket on the wall which was installed by virgin

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your landline, I have been able to look into your account and you will need a technician visit to get this resolved.

 

I have arranged for the appointment and you can find all the information that you need about your appointment on your online account and clicking My Account and Order tracking.
