My line stopped working on Friday.
Engineer out tonight said port not working in cabinet so changed it.
The line is now working but no caller display, 1471 etc and I am currently paying for this till December 18th when we are changing to another provider.
Tried ringing 150 couldn't get to speak with anyone?
We have elderly parents so don't know when they ring if we are out?
