Had a broken phone line fixed last week, since then no caller ID or 1471.
Rang virgin twice and spent 3 plus hours talking to engineers and customer service, who keep passing responsibility to each other. Promised this would be rectified and a call from a manager would be received with 24/48hrs. No calls as yet and 48hrs have passed, issues still not fixed.
Absolutely disgusted. We are of pensionable age and do not feel we have been treated fairly
