I have been a Virgin Media Broadband customer for over 10 years and I recently moved house. I tried to let Virgin Media know about the move weeks in advanced, but their website suggests that the broadband service is not available in the area I moved to.
I made a request over the phone for the installation of a new connection but I have not got an answer.
What can I do to get a new VM broadband connection at my new location?
