I am having problem in my home phone for last few weeks. There is not sound at all. Called virgin several time but always disconnected after long wait. I checked all connections which look okay. Can someone advise me what should I do next.

Have you been in touch with the team regarding this since your post?
We can see there's a known area fault which may affect the services but this doesn't list any landline issues included in this, have you tried plugging the handset straight into the wall socket with nothing in between? Have you tried an alternative wired handset?
