My phone stopped working yesterday afternoon, (28/05/21) mid conversation. People are ringing but there is no ringing at my end. Today (29/05/21) there is no signal from my TV box. I have tried and tried to call Virgin Media from a mobile but no success. Other neighbours on Virgin have not had a problem in NP20 area.
Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your phone and TV service. When checking things from here using your forum details it's quite clear that this needs further attention- we'll need to arrange a tech-visit for you so everything can be cheeked over & corrected.
