I recently (May 2020) renewed my contract, on the Maxi 500 package.
Never really used my landline phone connection as I just don't need it however recently got hold of a phone and tried to connect but am not even getting a dial tone, I have since tried 3 different phones, several different cables and still unable to get a dial tone. Atleast 2 of the tested phones were fully working before trying at mine. Tried the online testing but it doesnt get past 30% before saying it cannot detect a phone is connected and then direct me to ring customer service which in my experience is a long wait on hold from my mobile only to have the line disconnect on me.
I have had more success with issue through these forums so I am hoping someone can help.
I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone
Can you please let me know how the visit goes
That way I can the look at a loss of service credit
