No Phone Port On New Order


Morning all, 

Hoping the forum team could take a look at a new order for me, when signing up i entered the phone number i wanted to port over (from a BT line if it matters). 

Didn't get any warnings about this not being possible etc however looking at all the paperwork (emails) i've received, there's no sign of the incoming phone number...

I've spoken to CS on whatsapp who didn't seem sure what i was asking...

Hello Synthetic,

Sorry to hear this has happened.

Providing the Number with BT is still active for the nest 14 days. We can arrange the port.

I will need to send you a private message to pass security to arrange this though.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

Install isn't actually until next week, i'm just worried it won't port as there's no mention of it anywhere on my account / the documents!

Can I take the sortcode from the bank account that the payment will be coming out off, and what Speed broadband you are subscribing to,
