Had Hub4 delivered today. My landline phone is due to be migrated to fibre in August. There is neither a phone cable or adapter in the box as referenced on Page 17 of the Installation Guide. I have previously tried to order adapter when I was informed in early June 2021 that I would be moving to fibre phone connection. Order was never acknowledged via email and not showing under orders I can track. I do not have a phone adapter or cable from Hub 3 I can use either. So how can I order cable please?
