I am due to have my landline connection changed to the Fibre version on Monday 21st November.
I STILL haven't received the adaptor for the router nor covering letter - I've only received email notifications of the impending change.
ALSO I require a move of the existing phone socket (currently downstairs) to the upstairs, where my hub and separate router/ network infrastructure are located.
I haven't PHONED you as your 150 service is unusable to me.
Can you please help ASAP and contact here or through PM or email?
