My change over started today for the home phone. I was prompted to  attach the new adaptor when my router rebooted of its own accord. The problem being is that my phone now reads  No Line since plugging in the adaptor & connecting it all up & it still is....

Any solutions to this ?

Hi mercury1, thanks for the message and welcome back to the forums. 

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the landline since the switchover, can you confirm if the landline is plugged in the adaptor and the adaptor is plugged into the hub? 

Does a reboot change anything, please let us know and we will be able to investigate this further for you.
