No Landline

I have no landline and the service status says there are no problems in my area - yet when anyone calls my line it says it is temporarily unavailable, and I can't dial out

Thanks for confirming your details via private message @johnnytravel.
I have had to arrange a technician appointment to get this issue resolved. You can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.

The engineer came on Wednesday and said there is nothing wrong in the house, there was a problem at the main junction and it was going to take a few days to fix.

I then had an email saying it had been fixed, but I still have no phone line.

I had a further email asking how great a job they'd done in fixing the problem.  

The problem hasn't been fixed.

Thanks for the update @johnnytravel, I'm sorry to see that you still have no working landline service.
