No Landline

Tried to contact Virgin regarding no landline.  I am an old age pensioner and am deaf with hearing aids.  I could not understand the person at the other end of the phone and they did not speak slower or clearly so that I could understand them.  Is there a number I can call to speak to someone who can help me?

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear you're experiencing no dial tone currently on your landline, we understand the inconvenience caused due to this.

We also apologise for experience you received over the phone, this is not the service we are aiming to provide. 

Remotely looking on our systems here, it is showing that your landline is currently being affected by an area outage.
