I have had service since 4th August for broadband and TV after numerous problems with set up, but I don’t have any landline number or dial tone. I’ve tried complaining and getting through to be told someone would call me back but never have. I’ve been without a landline for nearly two months and someone suggested coming on here. I’m so frustrated. Service says everything is good. I haven’t even been informed of my new number, it’s not even stated on my bill!

I have been given my landline number now thank you for your help.
It also looks like I have a faulty phone, as I still have no dial tone.
so not fully up and running but hope to get it sorted shortly.

With regards to the service, have you been able to try a different handset as of yet? If so does the same issue occur?

Hi Apparently my phone is not faulty, but as I have moved home.
I need Virgin to provide me with an adapter that converts digital to analogue?
Since I now plug into the modem it is digital and that is what’s causing my phone not to have a dial tone.
can Virgin send me this adapter? Please?
