No Landline, crossed connection

After there was some work done in our area last week (04/08/2022) with Virgin engineers, we have not been able to use our landline. Whenever we try to make a call, someone is always talking. When we try to ring the landline the phone does not ring. I have not been able to contact Virgin. I hope someone from Virgin reads this message

Re: No Landline, crossed connection

Hey @johnpaelliott,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline at the moment, I would be happy to take a further look into this for you and it sounds like we definitely will need to get a technician booked for a crossed line. I would need to confirm a few details via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started.

Regards,
Steven_L

Re: No Landline, crossed connection

Thanks for confirming your details via private message @johnpaelliott.
I have arranged the appointment, and you can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.
Regards,
