We’ve had no landline for a few days. No fault reported, we’ve tried everything we can think of, restarting router etc.  What number can we ring to report this please?

When you pop in your post code on this link: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status? is there any outages in your area? Don't worry if not, as I will take a look into this for you.
