Hi Guys
I've had no Land line for two days, Have rung Virgin media for support via mobile and been advised of a known issue in my postcode, However when I log in online there are no service issues in my area.
I am concerned that This may not get addressed.
In addition I'm still using the land line, I am waiting for a letter about a conversion date to the Hub (I have the adapter) I have attempted to connect via the hub with no success.
