For quite a few days now I have been "connected to wifi but no internet". I have asked on the forum for advice and received and completed the following helpful suggestions:
Turn off and on - Reset Hub - Run Tests - Check Status - Check with Wired Connection.
Nothing worked. I have HUB 3.
I think i need an engineer now as I've tried everything possible. My son is in 5th year at school and like many he is isolating at the moment, we desperately need this issue to be fixed so that he can continue with his online studies.
