No Home Phone Since Mid April, Key NHS worker Trying to work from Home

Had 2 home visits 18 April and today 01 May still no Home Phone. informed requires  a re-Pull 82603 and 88348 refers.  I am trying to run a large NHS Centre from Home with no Phone!!!!

How do we leave virgin!

I take your point. I have escalated this up the VM chain here. Watch this space. No point in me making the usual comments that re-pulls take time. VM should want to prioritise this one and I am sure they will.
